TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Santini – January Competition

1. The Host of this prize draw is A.S.O. UK (“160 Falcon Road, London, England, SW11 2LN”).

2. The Promoters of the competition are Santini S.P.A. (Via Zanica 14, 24126, Bergamo (BG), Italy) and A.S.O. UK (“160 Falcon Road, London, England, SW11 2LN”).

3. The Host is offering those who enter this promotion a chance to win one (1) prize.

i. The Prize is to be: one £250 Santini website voucher and two free standard entries to the 2025 L’Etape du Tour. Total value of the prize is £512.59.

4. To enter this prize draw, entrants must have signed up to the event and have purchased at least one 2025 Dragon Ride Official Santini jersey. Entries will also be valid through the purchase of the Santini Premium Entry that includes the 2025 Dragon Ride Official Santini jersey.

5. Entrants must be UK residents, aged 18 years or over. This promotion is not open to any employees of the Promoters or any of their affiliate companies, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this prize draw.

6. One entry allowed per person per social media channel. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted.

7. The promotion is open to entries from Wednesday 8th January 2025 at 12:00pm, until 11:59pm on Friday 21st March 2025 (the “promotional period”). The Promoters retain the right to extend the competition opening time. All participants who have purchased the 2025 Official Dragon Ride jersey before 12:00pm on 8th January 2025 will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

8. One (1) winner will be drawn. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable and there is no cash alternative offered.

9. The Promoters reserve the right to offer an alternative prize. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside its reasonable control, the Promoters reserve the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this promotion without prior notice.

10. The winner will be required to provide additional information in order to claim their prizes, including but not limited to: contact email and phone number.

11. The winner will be selected in a random draw from all valid entries received during the promotional period. The draw will take place no later than fourteen (14) days following the end of the promotional period.

12. The winner will be notified within 5 days of the draw via email from The Host. If a winner fails to respond within 5 days of this notification, or declines their prize, a redraw will take place from the remaining valid entries to select a new winner (however, this 5-day period may be extended at the Host’s sole discretion). If any winner declines their prize, or fails to respond within the required period, they forfeit any right to the prize.

13. The prize will be sent via email to the email address supplied within one month following provision of the winner’s email address in accordance with paragraph 11.

14. The Promoters do not accept responsibility for network, computer or software failures of any kind and has no responsibility for lost, delayed or misdirected entries.

15. The Promoters reserve the right to exclude any entries the Promoters in their sole discretion considers to be inappropriate, unrelated or offensive and to disqualify any entries if the Promoters, at their sole discretion, believes that there has been an attempt to manipulate or tamper with the operation of the promotion.

16. You agree to be bound by the decisions of The Promoters, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into in respect of the Promoters’ decisions.

17. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of England and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England, including the seeking of all injunctive or ancillary relief actions.
