HIGH5 – May Social Media Competition

1. The Host of this prize draw is A.S.O. UK Ltd (“160 Falcon Road, London, England, SW11 2LN”).
2. The Promoters of the competition are HIGH5, a brand of AB Sports Nutrition, a division of ABF Grain Products Limited (Weston Centre, 10 Grosvenor Street, London, United Kingdom, W1K 4QY) and A.S.O. UK Ltd (“160 Falcon Road, London, England, SW11 2LN”).
3. The Host is offering those who enter this promotion a chance to win one (1) prize.
4. The Prize is: a product bundle inclusive of 1 tube of ZERO (totalling 20 tablets), 1 box of 20 energy gels, 1 box of 12 energy bars, 1 x 1.6kg recovery product, and 1 dual fuel bottle. All products will be provided in a random selection of flavours. The total prize value is £108.95.
5. To enter this prize draw, entrants must comment on the Instagram competition post and tag the name of a friend.
6. Entrants must be UK residents aged 18 years or over. This promotion is not open to employees of the Promoters or any of their affiliate companies, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this prize draw.
7. One entry is permitted per person. Entries submitted on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed. Incomplete, illegible, misdirected, or late entries will not be accepted.
8. The promotion is open to entries from 5:00pm on Wednesday 13th May 2026 until 11:59pm on Sunday 17th May 2026 (the “Promotional Period”). The Promoters reserve the right to extend or amend the Promotional Period where necessary.
9. One (1) winner will be selected. The prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
10. The Promoters reserve the right to substitute the prize with an alternative prize of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond their control make it necessary to do so. The Promoters also reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion where necessary.
11. The winner may be required to provide additional information in order to claim the prize, including but not limited to a delivery address, contact email address, and phone number.
12. The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the Promotional Period. The draw will take place within fourteen (14) days of the closing date.
13. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message by the Host within five (5) days of the draw. If the winner does not respond and provide a valid UK delivery address within five (5) days of notification, or declines the prize, the Promoters reserve the right to redraw and select an alternative winner.
14. The prize will be dispatched by post within one (1) month of the winner providing their delivery details in accordance with paragraph 10.
15. The Promoters accept no responsibility for network, computer, hardware, or software failures of any kind, or for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries.
16. The Promoters reserve the right to disqualify any entrant or entry deemed inappropriate, offensive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or where there is reason to believe there has been any attempt to manipulate the promotion.
17. By entering the competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and by the decisions of the Promoters, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. No correspondence will be entered into.
18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
